Oh wow!!!! I can feel a rapid change in my body since I have been putting Sea Moss in my fruit/vegetables smoothies. The Sea Moss has helped to rehydrate my dry skin, and leave it feeling smooth and supple. I haven’t been using it very long but I can feel a difference in my body.
