I've followed the recommended foods and liquid list and I am truly recommending FBC to everyone! I've released some pounds that I've been trying to release for years! Whew! Love, love, love the 20-day full body cleanse! I started this cleanse the beginning of April and less than three weeks later I was 18 pounds lighter and feeling great! I followed the recommendation of eating a raw diet consisting of organic fruits, veggies and nuts. After a while I didn't even miss eating meat. I am sleeping better and I have energy for days- great when you receive a Mom of 4. The biggest improvement has been my stubborn waistline. Thanks to the cleanse I am back in my favorite jeans I hid at the back of my closet over a year ago! Great product! *

The Full Body Cleanse did exactly what it said it would do. I did the cleanse in September 2015 I was very skeptical in the beginning because I did not get that burst of energy that most people talk about after the first 3 to 5 days, but I hung in there anyway. My burst of energy did come towards the end of my 20 days (around day 12 or 13) and it stayed! I felt like a new person. No more aches and pain, better concentration and mental clarity. I lost a total of 17lbs without working out. Prior to starting the cleanse I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. After going back to the doctor a few months after the cleanse my A1C showed that I was within normal range and my blood glucose levels was at an 89. I plan to do the cleanse again this month and a least twice a year from hear on out. THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT! *

All my life I had to have something sweet after eating. Well...I decided I needed to lose weight and become more conscious of how and what I eat. I started the 21-day cleanse and LOVED IT. I lost 19 lbs and still losing. In addition...After losing the weight...I am not drinking the tea...fantastic! I no longer need or want something sweet after eating. I feel wonder and plan to do this again in six months. Thanks DHerbs and YES...I would certainly recommend this product! I am trying to get family and friends on board. *

Hesitation and excitement were overwhelming when starting the Full Body Cleanse. Five days in to the cleanse I was struggling with trying to figure out what to eat. I have had amazing results with the full body cleanse by DHERBS. I have used this product twice, and both times successfully. The first time I used the product I lost 25 pounds, and felt great at my son's wedding. The second time I shared the product and used it for 10 days and lost 15 1/2 pounds. During the cleanse I generally have a decent level of energy, however, those time when my energy is waning, I eat walnuts or almonds to re-energize. During the full body cleanse, I skip the gym and walk for my exercise routine....and I fill GREAT. One of the most wonderful outcomes from using the product is that my glucose levels are perfect!!! I have recommended the cleanse to 2 friends, who have also been successful. I love this product and would definitely recommend it!!!! *
