I followed eating pretty strictly but getting all the pills in everyday was a challenge. Drinking the charcoal mix at night wasn't hard but my physician warned me it may interfere with the absorbance of some meds I take at night. *

What I like so far is the difference I feel in my body. I’m not hungry, foggy or dealing with insane headaches. What I don’t like is the amount of capsules plus the charcoal at night. I had a hard time keeping up with so many capsules and forgot to take the charcoal several times. I do enjoy the recipes that are provided and I would definitely add some of them to my regular diet. I will go back to eating hot foods and adding fish and egg back into my daily eating. *
