To be honest, I did the Full Body Cleanse 3 Months ago and went down 2 sizes in my panties. Bought my 2nd Full Body Cleanse and getting prepared to start on my 2nd 20 day cleanse. My energy amazes me. I’m still on salads and fruits. I’ve gone shopping for myself, something not done in 4 years. I Highly recommend your cleanse and now I want to try other products. I've been using this tea in conjunction with the Bowel Motion Tea. I drink this tea every morning and sometimes through the day. This tea keeps me full and I've noticed that I don't snack when drinking this tea. I add lemon juice and honey to take away any bitter taste and it tastes wonderful. I wanted to do a small cleanse before doing the 20 day cleanse just to jump start my cleanse. I love this tea and how it makes me feel throughout the day!!! *
