I like the fact that there were less tablets to be taken at one given time, and I really liked the weight release tea. I was a little disappointed that I didn't lose as much weight with it as I did the total cleanse. Overall I was pleased with my purchase. *

I think the Maintenance Package did a good job of helping me to maintain the weight I lost after doing the Full Body Cleanse. I love the tea it taste great. The only problem I have is I prefer the Colon and Digestive tract formula that's in the Full Body Cleanse versus the Bowel Motion because the Colon and Digestive tract formula was more gentle on my stomach. *

I thought I would need some kind of sweetener with it but actually it tastes pretty good just as it is. I think it has helped me to maintain the weight I did lose.
