Ok, I did the Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen for about 2 weeks, but I had to stop because, to be honest I was struggling. I experienced intense stomach cramps and always needed the restroom (LOL). This did not go down well for me at work, however, I am determined to complete this cleanse to the end. One good thing though, I know my body is passing at lot of unwanted stuff, because I have some serious breakouts to prove it. By the way, the Anti-V Roll On is a must. *

I did the Anti-V Cleanse in November, and December of last year. We all know that's the prime time for colds, coughs, and flu. While on the cleanse, I did not cough, sneeze or anything. I did not have the runny nose and mucus that others have during this time. While those around me suffered through the cold, and flu season, I went through it unscathed. *

I will admit that I did not know how toxic I was. No worries though!!! The Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen actually helped me realize that this was definitely NOT going to be a 20 day miracle worker. It was going to actually take some serious lifestyle changes even though I am already a vegan as it is.
