The energy tea was pretty good. I was able to tolerate it without having to add any sugar or honey. It took a couple of weeks for me to notice any difference in my energy level. I chose the tea instead of the pill formula because I was able to increase my water intake for the day. *

I just love this tea it gives me energy all day long without having that crash feeling at the end of the day. Me and my husband enjoy a nice glass every morning before work to give us this extra boost and to me it taste great my husband of course has to add a lil extra lemon to his lol. All and all I give this tea and A+ if you want to get that push without those energy drinks that are bad for you health. *
