Ingredients: GREEN TEA, NETTLE LEAF, YERBA MATE LEAF, PANAX GINSENG ROOT, ELEUTHERO ROOT, GOTU KOLA, SCHISANDRA BERRY, GUARANA SEED, GINGER ROOT, GINKGO LEAF, TRIBULUS, DAMIANA, STEVIA LEAF.
Place tea bag into a cup and add boiled water. Allow the tea bag to steep for 2 minutes. Cool to suitable drinking temperature. Add sweetener of choice (e.g. 100% grade B maple syrup, agave nectar (from sap), or raw honey) and a little lemon juice if you desire. Drink and enjoy warm or cold.

Love those teas! The teas are amazing. They taste great and you don't have to add sweeteners to them. They have allowed to to stop drinking coffee. The teas are refreshing to taste. Great tea if you want that extra energy throughout the day. For me, the effect starts after around 4 or 5 hours. So I suggest this to be taken in the morning. Not evening or before bedtime. *
