  • This is my go to manual whenever I do a cleanse. The recipes are easy to follow and everything tastes great. Of course I fell off after a while, but I'm back again and this time I'm sticking with the diet. I'm tired of being bloated and feeling sluggish. The book has soups, juices, smoothies and everything else you need to get on track with your diet. It's so easy to get carryout because it's simple, but your health is worth more than that. We always want to make more money, but without your health, the money you make means nothing. *

  • I have done dherbs 10 day express again and I feel great. I lost 9lbs and a have started to eat better thanks to DHERBS. I have energy my face has cleared up and I am not tired.   • The book is great in detailing their recommendations on what to eat & what not to eat, but I didn't fully understand the "do not combine" list. I need explanations as to why certain fruits & vegetables shouldn't be combined. Why can't I put bits if apple with my salad? Can I have these fruits & vegetables in the same day, but not in the same sitting? For me, it was confusing. Why can I only eat whole fruits for breakfast? There's nothing wrong with berries! If I want to get other people on board, I need to be able to explain why. What's wrong with sushi? I'm like a 2 year old who needs to know why. *

  • OMG this book is amazing I keep it by my bed side and its my night time reading. So much information and advice that I keep going back to every day. I know I am in the UK and we don't have the amount of raw food restaurants that you have in the USA but I'm finding the information helpful. I have also ordered some book s that was recommended in Ebook. I love the raw but Im trying to find a way to keep it up in the winter months in the UK. *

  • Good info to have before taking any of their cleanses. And it helps maintain the weight loss after. Very informative. I loved this cleanse. I haven't wanted cigarettes or Starbucks in months. I smoked half a pack a day along with 2 visits to Starbucks per day too. I've saved so much money. I had a steak and it even tasted better. Best cleanse ever. That's it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   • I only lost three pounds. Just eating fresh fruits and uncooked vegetables I stayed hungry all the time. Even though I took the pills on time I stared eating other cooked foods. The pills did not curve my appetite. I said I would try it again *

  • This book has a plenty of information on good eating habits as well as various recipes for healthy meals. There are so many healthy choices to choose from that you will probably need to take this book with you to the grocery store as you search the isles for all of these nutritious products. Eating healthy is not cheap but it's still a lot cheaper than going to the doctor. The tips and suggestions offered in this manual is very good for all meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner. It will be hard transition away from the traditional American diet, but the benefits are far greater than value you'll spend to purchase this program. *
