I did the 2-3-2 D herbs 7 day cleanser the first 2 days was not easy because it's juicing only, but it was worth it. Best product ever!!! a quick way to jump start your weight loss. This cleanse exceeded my expectations. It began working within 24 hours and does what it says it's gonna do. The hardest part for me was being tempted and once or twice, ok, a few times by giving in to my favorite crunchy snack, Crunchy White Cheddar Cheetos????. I want to try the 2 3 2 once a month and challenge myself to strictly stick to juices and raw foods. I do wish there were recommendations on simpler juices, I wasn't sure if the juices I was drinking were appropriate for the cleanse. All in all, I was very satisfied, hopefully one day I can work my way up to the Full Body cleanse. Thanks Dherbs. *

I like that it's only for 1 week, this makes it achievable. I feel lighter, cleaner, and my belly got smaller. I tried it because I was under a lot of stress and was eating a lot of take out and was bloated. This gave me a much needed reset. *

The 2-3-2 was a great reset before doing the maintenance package. I am looking forward to doing the 20 day cleanse again. Great product really works. It's what you put into it is what you get out of the program when I first tried the 20 day cleanse I skeptical about the results. I could have lost more if I stayed focus. I have tried the 20 day cleanse, maintenance package and 2-3-2 I have not lost my optimal weight but I know where I can improve and stay focus this time. *
