Moringa

What I have noticed is that I feel a bit more sustained energy, particularly late in the day. Usually by 5 p.m. I’m dragging, but lately I’ve been able to hit my afternoon workout without needing an extra snack or caffeine boost. In addition, I tend to snack less when I’m using the moringa supplement; I think part of that is just feeling a little more “filled in” nutritionally and less prone to sugar cravings. Also, my wife commented that my skin seems a little brighter and less dull than last summer.
