I truly felt a difference in my body while using The Multi Vits & Minerals everyday. I do think it is a GREAT item for women of my age or any age. I am 55 years of age and fairly healthy, but still need the extra help !!! DHERBS is the best!!! I first saw it on The Steve Harvey Show, and have ordering products every since then. I have also done the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. That was GREAT also. I lost weight even though I did NOT follow it to the T. I trust DHERBS. *
