This is a great book, however, i wish it was tangible instead of e-book. There are times i prefer to have easy access and not log onto my computer; it would be nice to have both options. I did the 20 day cleanse and I'm so please and getting ready to order the 10 day cleanse because I have a goal weight in mind and hope to reach my weight goal just before my Tummy Tuck. *

It was nice to have almost right away because you can print it yourself. However, it was a pain to print. I wish it had pictures as well. It helps to know if it looks right. It would be nice to have a copy they can send you. It had a lot of great information inside, so it made it worth the purchase. *

The Book was a good add on to the cleanse, it gives you a more in-depth look into the reason behind everything and great recipes to try. I do wish the book had pictures with the recipes or at least linked them to a step by step guide with pictures. Either way, it had great information and was very helpful. *

The content within the full body detox companion is definitely top notch but much of the content within the book can actually be found on the site and with the booklet that comes with your FBD order. For those that don't have time to sift through all the articles on the site to find the ones that are pertinent to detoxing, this ebook is a huge time saver and is highly recommended. *

I achieved the weight loss results that helped me stick with my own version of a diet program; I would recommend it to others, along with both the Full Body and Weight Release Cleanses, themselves. Extra information in the companion book augmented the pamphlets that come with the actual cleanses, themselves. *
