Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

I lost 12 pounds! I know I could have lost more but I couldn’t stay away from pizza, bread and cheese ... I will definitely do the Full Body Cleanse again, once I have more discipline.... if I could lose 12 well cheating I know I could lose way more if I actually follow the diet. My goal is to first try the raw diet for at least 7 days then reorder the Full Body Cleanse. *

Wow! I felt so good, the 20 day Full Body Cleanse works a miracle for me. Spiritually , mentally and physically it has really been a long time since I have gotten over 5 hour of sleep. And awaken well rested. Looking forward to my 2nd round. *

When I ordered the Full Body Cleanse (FBC), I didn't know this was a raw cleanse, but I did ok with it overall. Near the end of my cleanse, I realized the website has bunches of recipes marked "FBC approved" and have printed them (and some others) off to make it simpler for the next time I do the cleanse or just enjoy some nice healthy meals. I did sneak a few (okay about 5 or 6) cooked meals (but no animal products). Some of the exercises seem for semi-retired ballerinas and not meant for average humans, so I decided to do the ones I could and some additional stretches I needed at some points. Overall, I was able to lose 6 lbs, which I think is great! Previously, with eating quite healthy and exercising pretty hard core a minimum of 7 times per week, the most I'd lost was almost 10 lbs (9 lbs and like 3 oz) in a month. So, I think the cleanse results are really good and will do it again. In fact, I'd like to see some of the other cleanses go on sale so I can order a couple of them. (Hint, Hint, female cleanses!) I've done a few different cleanses over the years. The last one was about 4 months or so before the FBC. The first two days, I notice a difference with eliminating waste, but none really after that -even though I was eating regular meals daily. I did feel lighter and better. It was the most money I'd ever spent on cleanse. (More than FBC without the sale!!!!) At the end of the 20 days, I'd lost about 3 lbs and was okay with that. With FBC, I noticed the waste elimination was a constant. I tend to eat lots of fruits and veggies, so I was surprised with this result particularly after having used more cleanses previously that did not eliminate or flush even nearly half this amount. I felt lighter, healthier, and my skin cleaned up even more. People stopped me the starting the first week to tell me I looked like I lost weight, and a couple even commented on how good my skin looked. My slacks very loser by the end of the first week, which is really nice! By the end, I could see my face was thinner too. The cleanse came with a detailed manual, a website with lots of recipes for meals and snacks, and the contact information which can be used to call/email and ask questions to receive prompt and courteous answers straight away. In basically the same amount of time as my previous cleanse, I lost double the weight (and with being naughty some and with limited exercise. I'd forgotten about the exercises until about 1/2 through). It also came with a 6 pack pill holder. Odd, since 8 pill sets are taken daily on FBC. Perhaps this could be corrected. I supplemented mine with another pill pack I already owned. Challenges of the FBC: 20 days of nothing but RAW foods!!!!, swallowing that many pills daily (I did ask the company since the pills are in a gelatin type capsule about opening them and stirring into water instead. Was given a yes on that to which I did some days), those exercises!!, and even though my body does quite well with flushing out waste daily, I was not expecting these results. Teaching and having to go to the bathroom so much was extremely challenging, but I developed a plan and managed it. I think this was a good opportunity and with my cleanse cookbook and some pre-planned ideas in mind, I'm ready to go for it again. This time with even greater success! *

This is my 2nd time trying the Full Body Cleanse. I tell everyone it’s The best cleanse I’ve ever took... I lost a total of 23lbs!!!! The first product that has ever worked for me. It cleared up my skin and expelled mucus. This will definitely be my go to cleanse because it does my body wonderful and the fact that the herbs are in capsules is a plus!!! *

I really enjoyed the Full Body Cleanse. It helped me to feel better. I've been battling with sarcoidosis for some years. I really started feeling so much better. *

I have been taking the Full Body Cleanse, loosing an average of 12-20 lbs each time. The weight loss fluctuated because there were times I would split it up and do 10 days at a time vs. the 20 days all in one cleanse. It helps me to refocus and realign my way of eating after indulging in holiday gatherings, summer barbecues, weddings, etc. Especially now, with the country going through quarantining due to Covid-19, I find that I am throwing everything into my mouth and need to get back on track. The only way I am able to get back into control of my eating is to do a Full Body Cleanse and hitting the reset button with dherbs. *

Although I didn't finish my cleanse (missed a day or two), I loved the Full Body Cleanse. I can honestly say I feel lighter and more mentally clear with no brain fog. It makes me more self-aware of what I'm putting in my body, and that's what matters most to me. I'm excited to say I actually lost a few unwanted pounds. So I will continue on this new journey with Dherbs on my side, now and in the future. *

I lost 26 pounds on the 20 day cleanse. The first three days was a challenge. I have told my friends about it now they want to do the Full Body Cleanse. *

I absolutely loved the Full Body Cleanse when I did it a year ago. I recommend it to everyone. I’m also doing it again starting this week. I felt good and had more energy. I also followed the recipes that were shared on the website. I encouraged my two sisters and some of my friends to do it. One of my friends is doing it with me this week, so we’re going to do the 10-day cleanse. I look forward to doing this again. I absolutely loved it the first time. *
