I do the Full Body Cleanse 1-2 times a year. It is a great way to give the body a reset and to cycle into healthier eating if you feel you have gotten in a rut. It takes discipline, but I definitely recommend it! *

I love the Full Body Cleanse! It was easy on my digestive tract and I felt great! I nearly met my A1C goal, going from over 14 points down to 7.3. I will continue to eat better and walk consistently. I would recommend this product! While I was home during the summer, counting pills out daily was not a problem. However, I think it would be too difficult to manage while I am working with a very busy schedule. I would hope that the number of capsules could be reduced at some point while maintaining the rich potency. *

This is a great product. You must have discipline to complete the Full Body Cleanse to see maximum results. I have several health issues, and completing the cleanse on a modified diet was awesome. My condition caused me to gain 100lbs. This cleanse helped start losing weight again. During my first cleanse, I lost 22 lbs and it’s still off. I’m starting a second cleanse soon. I’ll let you know how it goes!! The cons are you take a lot of pills, use the restroom a lot and have a strict diet. Pros: the benefits are so much better when you are able to reach your goals and have a healthier life!!! *

The Full Body Cleanse was amazing. It gave me the best sleep I've had in years. I have a FitBit that measures my sleep and it was the highest it's been since I got my watch. Since I've been off the cleanse, my desire for meat is minimal. The recipes are delicious, making it easy to complete the cleanse. I have incorporated a few breakfast items into my everyday life. I will do the Full Body Cleanse in a few weeks, along with three other coworkers. I would recommend it. *
