I completed the Full Body Cleanse just 1 week ago, and although I didn't lose anything more than 5-10lbs, I've noticed a major change in my energy level and overall outlook on eating healthy. This cleanse (amongst others I have used) changed my eating habits and motivated me to continue on my journey to not only losing weight, but living a healthy lifestyle. I would recommend this product to anyone, especially those interested in breaking bad dieting habits. *

My husband and I started the Full Body Cleanse 11 days ago. I already lost 6lbs and so did my husband! Excited! It's been kinda of hard for my husband because he is a true meat eater! Doing the Full Body Cleanse was a good thing for me. I have some health issues and this helped me lose a total of twenty five pounds. I noticed some water weight loss as well. I also had less pain in my legs and my joints. A raw food diet was something new and interesting. I am doing it a second time because after the first one I know it will work. I hope that because the weather will soon be turning warm that I will be able to carry it into the summer time witch should be easier to keep the weight off. *
