I have done many cleanses over the years. This is the first product I have used from the Dherbs line and I am extremely pleased. I am nearing the end of my 20-day Full Body Cleanse. Two more days to go and so far I have lost 10 pounds. I surprisingly did not have a hard time with the radical diet change and having to take such a large amount of pills on a daily basis. The benefits and effectiveness seemed to be almost immediate and the large salads I made were satisfying. During the second week, I actually experienced a severe flare-up with my skin as I have existing issues with eczema and dermatitis, which are now clearing up. I attribute this to the products pushing the impurities and inflammatory agents out of my body, which to me indicates the cleanse is working. For me, the 20-day Full Body Cleanse delivered and did what it said it would. I’m now planning to use the maintenance regimen and planning future cleanses with a few of the other systems. As much as I love my cocktails, fried chicken, rib-eye steak and too many other things to mention, I’m seriously committing to greatly modify my post-diet in order to continue my progress and overall feeling of feeling good inside and out! I have done the Full Body Cleanse since 2014. The beginning is difficult but it works. People who saw me every day noticed the physical changes in my skin, body and overall attitude after the first week. I felt good. My friends and I committed to completing this every year for overall health. I felt my physical health was basically reset and I felt great. I encourage others to complete it. The food choice was a challenge after a week or so, but we found some local raw food places to provide additional food options. *

Fast delivery, easy program, great results! The Full Body Cleanse is a great program to follow. Eating raw fruits and vegetables for 20 days is pretty good. It gets easy and enjoyable as you continue the program. Dherbs website is full of great info and recipes. I lost 20 pounds when I finished it. I will do it again after vacation in October. *
