I see a big difference in my in my waist and stomach measurements since using the Full Body Cleanse. I have not had any cravings for snacks or carbs. Lately, I have not been feeling bloated and my body has been digesting food better, making bowel movements much easier and healthier. I love it! *

I am currently on Day 15 of the Full Body Cleanse. I have no problem taking the pills. There is a pill case that comes with the order, which is helpful. I feel energetic. Sleep was a problem before the cleanse, but now I can sleep throughout the night. Let's talk about my appetite. I have none. No sugar cravings, which just blows me away. I am not hungry at all, so there is no way I cheat. I have a friend and we take pictures of our smoothies and our raw salads. AMAZING! I have more weight to lose, so I will do another round. Oh, and the Charcoal Activated is amazing. It leaves your body empty and feeling light on your feet. *

I wanted to let you know that the Full Body Cleanse worked out very well for me. I followed instructions. In 3 weeks, I lost 18 lbs. 238 down to 220. My A1C went from 185 to 101. My blood pressure went from 148/82 to 130/72. I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be doing the cleanse again in June. Until then, I’m sticking with my new, healthy diet. Never felt better!!
