This is a great back up to the Full Body Cleanse. This cleanse has less pills to take daily and it focus only on weight management. You’ll continue to lose the weight and have more freedom on your food choices. I lost an additional 10 LBS for a total of 25Lbs lost in one month. I’m going to stick with the program and continue on my weight lost journey of losing at least 40-45 LBS. *

I love this product , it works like the regular 20 day cleanse for me. I continue to lose a few more pounds even though I started eating small amounts of healthy cooked foods. Just wondering if I can use it everyday until I start another round of 20 day body cleanse in 5 months . I love both products , I am a nurse and since the pandemic started , I take lots of health supplements and vitamins to keep me healthy. I was reluctant to start to start the 20 day body cleanse last March because I had to stop all my vitamins to allow the body cleanse to work, but to my surprise, I feel more healthy and more energetic when I start doing the 20 day cleanse. After the 20 day body cleanse, I started the Maintenance Package and just started taking ONE vitamins 2 x a day , from 6 different vitamins and now down to 1 vitamins only still feel healthy and energetic. *

If you do not have the time or the patience for a full 20 body cleanse, then you might want to consider this as an alternative. It is similar to the full body cleanse and it does provide excellent results, both weight maintaining and cleansing, but it does it in only ten days. If 20 days is too much time, and it can be challenging sometimes, consider the 10 day full body cleanse express. *

I used the Maintenance Package after I did the 20 day cleanse which was also amazing. I have never felt so much better after a cleanse before. It is definitely a different experience. But in the end it’s all worth it. I will continue doing this Maintenance Package on a regular basis. You definitely will see a difference in your stomach, the way you eat afterwards & your energy. This is an important part of getting to a good point in your life. This is a must buy. *
