I have always had a "slow" system but due to treatment of cancer with medication it was worse. I feel this product makes it easy to "move" toxins out without harsh side effects. I recommend it to anyone who has problems with peristalsis or slow moving colon for whatever reason, it works! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the price, I have been using this product for many years and the price creeps up constantly. That is disappointing in these times. It seems if you sell more you should be able to reduce the price. It has increased in price by $3 per bottle since I started. *

I took bowel motion every evening and it worked well to keep me regular through the holidays and the high eating days. I would certainly recommend it; it helps keep the weight down. I do not know what else to write but like I said it is good. I also used other products that have worked well, but will have to compare to see what is better for me. *

I have IBS-C / CIC, I usually take Motegrity but was looking for something more natural that wouldn't make me feel physically drained. My GI told me not to do this, as most of their strongest medications barely help as my condition is severe/chronic, but there's a better option out there - this MAY be it, for me personally. Bowel Motion does work, to help go more consistently & comfortably, however, it's definitely not gentle on your stomach, or at least has not been within the 3 days of me taking it. The reviews are great, so i'm hoping I start to adjust soon- and will do another review after a month of taking them. *

It works far as going to the bathroom but far as losing weight it didn’t help me to lose any maybe I try it again. I heard reviews that they lost weight but not me. I might try it again and see if I get better results. *

I take 3 every night before bed. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it works well to keep me regular, but I get some occasional cramping, usually in the morning. Drink plenty of water, it'll help! I'm ordering another bottle now, it's priced well in my opinion. *
