Works well, but it is a lot of different pills to take each day. wish that they can be combine into less pills with the same results. I have been using this on and off for a few years when I have the chance to do it so that it will reset my body during the time, I do not have the time due to the amount of traveling that I do for my job. Do you have something that will work well for someone that is always on the move. *

It’s very hard to do…but it works. I personally lost 22.9 pound in the 20 day period. For me, the raw diet was painful. Had I known that the cleanse involved a raw vegan diet before purchase, I probably wouldn’t have proceeded with the purchase. That being said, I decided since I spent $130 on the kit, I was going to give it my all. *

The product served its purpose of cleaning out the system. It curbed my appetite and wasn't as hungry. The downside is the number of pills that you take per day, which is 30. The activator powder that's taken at bedtime causes slightly painful stomach cramps. Overall, I lost 13 pounds. *

The 20 Day Full Body Cleanse, is a great start to achieving a healthy life style and weight loss goals. If you stick to the regimen as directed from start to finish you will see results. I lost 17lbs during the 20 days. I could have lost more but my changing work schedule had a negative impact (please keep that in mind). Over all the cleanse met my expectations. It forces you to be consistent and in effort to achieve you weight loss goals. You do have to starve yourself and you're not running to the rest room every 5-10 minutes. It’s pure cleaning eating. After the 20 days you’ll feel energized and ready to continue on you healthy journey. My only con was the number of supplements. Although each assist with improving a different area of the body, it was a lot. But due to the great results I would definitely use the 20 Day Cleanse. Stay focused, remain consistent, and trust the process. *
