I bought the Menstrual Cycle Tea to help me with my menstrual cramps. It made a little difference, actually a much bigger difference from the intensity of my last period, so I plan to keep drinking it along with eating an organic vegetarian diet. My cramps were less painful, and the flow was light compared to the past. *

The Menstrual Cycle Tea is highly recommended during that time of the month. I had started taking this tea 4 days before my cycle started and during my cycle and noticed a great reduction in cramps and overall headaches. I took 2 tea bags during the morning while at work and 1 before bedtime. I even noticed that my cycle was not as heavy as before. I am very quite impressed!!! Usually before my cycle starts I break out with a pimple on top of my forehead, (always in a different spot but still on top of my forehead) that did not happen at all. My personal suggestion is to take a nice warm bath before bedtime and a cup of this tea to help you sleep through the night.
