I LOVE the weight release regimen. I used this product right after a full body cleanse and released nearly 30 pounds. I felt great. Although it is harder to eat an "only raw foods" diet in the winter, I would recommend this product anytime. *

This product worked very well for me. I like the fact that it came with a booklet that was very informative. I love that it started with the explanation of why the word release is used instead of loss. I also love the fact that the kit was very well rounded including essential oils for the bath and an inhaler. That was very impressive.I am considering doing it again to help get past the plateau that I am experiencing. I definitely highly recommend it if you are looking to kickstart or reinvigorate a weight loss journey. *

I have done the full body cleanse a few times in the past around 5 years ago and it helped out a lot. I thought it would be hard to adjust to the diet, but it was fairly easy to adapt to. I recently gained a few too many pounds and would like to give this ago again! Amazing you should definitely try it out if not once but more. *
