I did exactly as I have done before with other cleanses that I ordered from Dherbs. I ate the raw foods as i was instructed to and this time I added more exercising. I lost around 10 pounds on this one and noticed I lost more weight on the full body cleanses that I had used in the past. My thought with this one was I thought I would lose more weight with this one rather than the full body cleanse. With the full body cleanse I would gain all the weight back within the month. I am going to rethink my weight loss plans for the future. *

Over all, exhausted from taking so many pills all day. But most important was having to stay near a toilet most of the day. *

The first week was rough, so I called your office for help. I was told to eat more veggies in between regular meals, and be sure not drink lots of water. I followed the instructions, but I still felt tried, and light headed, but I got through it. I don't think I'll do it again *

I lost tens pounds while remaining strictly on the diet. I had lack of energy and headaches the entire time. *

It was great for using the bathroom or bowel movements. *

I prefer the full body cleanse. Didn't work as well. *

The cleansing and sugar cravings were erased. The products didn’t remove weight but kept me flushed all day. *

I enjoyed the weight release cleanse, and I did it following the full body cleanse. I had a general positive, healthy and light feeling throughout. However, next time I will stick with full body cleanse, as I think I just enjoyed it better. I also enjoyed it more because I did not have much of an appetite, which made the clean eating easier and more satisfying. *
