Under My Account, locate the Gift Certificate Account section and select Send Gift Certificate.
Enter the amount you want to send, the recipient's information and your optional personal message. Completing this process generates the email and redemption code for the recipient.
The gift certificate is not automatically sent to the recipient simply because checkout has been completed.
