The Age Defying Oil helped to keep my skin plump and smooth, it absorbed nicely into my skin did not feel too oily, a little goes a long way with this oil. You don't need a lot at a time just a little if you are just putting on your face, your current skin makes a difference on how much you may need. I'm a little oily anyway, so for me I don't use to much because my skin naturally produces oil after some time. *
