Although I am not a tea drinker I do drink this tea routinely to get a positive boost when it is needed...it actually works well and as tea goes, it is pretty tasty. I have recommended to several friends and family and they are pretty happy with both the taste and the results. If you are interested in a curb on your appetite, this tea is worth exploring. *

I love this tea. I drink it 30 minutes before my workout and it helps increase my overall energy and helps me complete my entire workout with minimal amount of fatigue.
