Do you mean how many come in the Full Body Cleanse? If so, the Full Body Cleanse comes with one packet of Carbon/Activated Charcoal. The serving size is ½ teaspoon and there are 40 servings per container.
It is best to take the Activated Charcoal right before you go to bed.
