This product id full of essential oil aromas. It's not strong in that it gives a burning sensation once sniffed but definitely can smell the essential oils. I like that it was compact and I could carry it in my purse and pull out when I felt the need. It is just refreshing to take deep breaths but this just added a little extra therapy. *

I did notice a difference when I inhale this item. I will be ordering again. I had gotten one for my husband but I will use that one as well.
