Gotta love the soothing bath drops for sure!! I just put a few drips in my bath and I set up the whole scene in the bathroom with dim lighting and my relaxation music playing. I allow myself to just sit, soak and breathe it all in. This definitely helps to bring me into a relaxed state of ease and relaxation. I do recommend these drops. *
