Great way to reset! I decided to do 10 days and then do another 10 days later because it was personally challenging for me to complete 20 days in a row of only raw foods, but definitely felt benefits after only 5 days. Perfect way to completely reduce inflammation in my body. *

I completed the full body cleanse in January as part of a 31 day raw food challenge with family members. This was my third attempt at the cleanse. The other two times were not successful because I cheated a few days. I lost 6 pounds each time. This time I followed the steps closely, stuck to a completely raw diet, and lost 11 pounds. Five months later, I still follow a plant based diet 99.9% of the time. I love this product, I have tried it twice it really works. You release toxins from your body that you didn’t know that you had. I felt lighter and clean. You really feel guilty if you eat garbage after your cleanse. I would recommend this product, to anyone wanting to release toxins. *
