Sometimes I am not interested nor do I have the time for a full cleanse. When that is the case this 10 day program fits the bill. It is similar to the full cleanse but 1/2 as long and a little more flexible on what you can eat....that last part might just be me. So read the website information and maybe take a leap. My husband and I did the 10 day Full Body Cleanse. My husband lost 15lbs and I lost 10lbs. This product really works. The first 2 days were very tough on us, but we pushed through. We felt well overall. I always have issues with bloating and constipation, but I felt so lighter and no bloating after the 2nd day. It's been a week since I did my cleanse, I have not ate meat. I have become a vegetarian after this cleanse. I am ordering more products to regulate my bowel movements and help with bloating. Thank you DHerbs. *
