After I completed my Full Body Cleanse I noticed I still had skin imperfections on my face, so I ordered this Blood & Lymphatic, because I felt my blood still needed a good cleaning. Last year before I took the FBC my skin was horrible. I am now a vegetarian, no dairy or refined grains and I would recommend the FBC if you have skin problems. Since adjusting my diet along with taking the Blood & Lymphatic my skin is beautiful. Remember what is coming out of your skin is what inside of your body (toxins). I have had Blood & Lymphatic for a while only taking it off and on..more off than on unfortunately. I had a live blood cell analysis done that was shocking! I started taking the blood cleanser pills again and 30 days later when I had another analysis there was a significant difference! Love it!! :) *
