I completed the Full Body Cleanse in January as part of a 31 day raw food challenge with family members. This was my third attempt at the cleanse. The other two times were not successful because I cheated a few days. I lost 6 pounds each time. This time I followed the steps closely, stuck to a completely raw diet, and lost 11 pounds. Five months later, I still follow a plant based diet 99.9% of the time. The cleanse was the jumpstart that I needed to gain more energy, a clearer mind, and the desire to stick with my healthy eating habits. I will do the FBC again towards the end of the year. *

The biggest thing is structure, dedication and meal planning. The Full Body Cleanse is a great product and I’ve completed the 20 day twice. I lost 23lbs the first and 19lbs the second time. I will say I worked out 3-4 times a week as well. It was a very noticeable weight loss. Meal prep and searching for recipes should be done prior to starting this process as it will make things so much smoother and less likely to eat some of the same things over and over which I can see how some people fail to meet the goal they wanted.
