Excellent herbs... Colon & Digestive Tract keeps me regular. 3 capsules is a bit strong for me so I cut it down to 2 capsules every night. It gives me a gentle movement in the morning. I highly recommend it! *

I love Colon & Digestive Tract because it keeps me regular. I take it every night before bed and within 2 hours of waking up in the morning I have to use the bathroom.
