The 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express was a great purchase. I felt that my body was not functioning at its best and wanted to get myself back on track prior to leaving out of town for business. This program helped me lose 10 pounds but most importantly I felt better, slept better, my mind was very clear and my energy was at new levels. After watching the Steve Harvey Show and seeing and hearing the testimonies from everyday people like me, I decided to test the products my self and ordered the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse. I was a little skeptical but after reading more about the products and recognizing that everything is natural, I thought why not try it. Let me tell you, this has been one of the BEST decisions I've made in my life!!! I began with the 10 Day because the Vegan part of the deal scared me and I didn't want to bite off more than I could chew. In 10 days, I lost 15 pounds and I haven't felt this great in years!!! The cleanse for me became spiritual and I feel as though I'm in a better place mentally, emotionally, and physically. To top it off, I went to my yearly exam and am NO LONGER on my prescription Blood pressure medication!!! I had been keeping track of my pressure since I began the cleanse and stopped taking the medication on the 3rd day and has not had any issues since! It was not hard to follow a raw, vegan diet because the supplements kept me feeling full all day. I did feel tired the first few days, but by the fourth day, I had a lot of energy in the evening. I plan on doing another cleanse in in 3 months, but next time I will try the 20 day full body cleanse. I love dherbs, their products work well for me! I will be purchasing the maintenance pack tomorrow. *

Final day on the 10 day fbc. I feel great lost 12lbs and will be continuing with a 20 day fbc next. The recipes are delicious and you can get creative with them daily. The daily capsules are really easy to swallow so don't fret about the amount you have to consume daily. The charcoal and tea aren't bad at all either, I was worried about the taste but both don't really have a taste and you can add raw agave to the tea or a cinnamon stick for flavor. *
