I've been smoking for over 8 years now. I just received my Smoke-Less Inhaler today, just inhaled it and after eating I don't have that urgent craving to smoke a cigarette! The inhaler has a minty aroma (peppermint, spearmint, pine bark) which replaces the menthol craving in cigarettes. I think I can do this! Thanks again Dherbs!!!! :) *

The Smoke-Less Inhaler took me by surprise, because it is quite potent. I can understand how this could assist you when you are experiencing very strong cravings, as it helps to calm them down. You also need to develop a strong mind as this is equally important. On a light hearted note, I was recently taking some laundry out of the machine and out popped my inhaler (oh no!!). I thought that was the end, but I wondered what would happened if I tried it anyway.... It only became even MORE POTENT (not recommending anyone to try this). *
