The 3 day juice cleanse works! I experienced less bloating, water loss, renewed energy and clarity. It is a good alternative for the regular cleanse if you are not comfortable with taking a lot of pills. Next time I would like to try the 7 day juice cleanse. Go for it! *

I lost weight, had energy, and felt amazing during and after this juice cleanse. ALL of the juices were amazingly delicious and refreshing. I was happily surprised that I felt satisfied with the juices and didn't have any hunger pains while on this juice cleanse. I have also done the full body 10-day cleanse and was extremely satisfied with my results there too, but the 3-day juice cleanse is a great way to clear your body and mind with clean natural juice in a short period. I would highly recommend this cleanse to anyone who wants to release weight, have healthy elimination, and feel positive energy in their lives. *

4 Stars because of the price. Besides that, I saw results by my second and third day for sure. I only got hungry for food twice during my cleanse and did have hand full of salad with veggies & balsamic dressing, and a hand full of plantain chips. (Food is NOT recommended during this cleanse it's supposed to be liquid and herbs only---"juice cleanse") The drinks weren't tasty but were okay, My fav was the first and last (red-Circulation it has beets so some sweetness, and the charcoal-detox taste like water with a little lemon the others I just tried to chug it down quickly) My stomach doesn't look so bloated and I have lost about 8-10 pounds in 3 days!!!!! Ok Ok!!!!!. I feel lighter and it is a great way to kick start my workout journey. I also would've liked it to have an option of a 7-day cleanse instead of just 3. * I'd suggest you invest in a portable lunch bag/cooler bag that has built in ice packs inside and freeze the bag over night and store the drinks in in the morning if you are a person who is on the go!
