100% The 10 days wasn't as bad I thought it would have been. I was not in and out the bathroom and the pills did not cramp my stomach. The tea was pleasant tasting both hot and cold. Eating "clean" was a challenge but, I did it. I find pre preparing my meals VERY helpful...it helps with not second guessing on what to eat and from not grabbing a quick bite from the nearest fast food restaurant. I felt my insides were clean because my stool was "clean". An added bonus to this cleanse was the fact I lost 5 pounds. Now, if I have to say anything negative about the product...it would the charcoal....hated it, didn't understand it and the taste was.....charcoal! *

This is the 2nd time I have used this. It works very well and I usually take half the dosage, so it last longer. I don't take medications and the effects are smoother. The activated carbon is a mess but I usually pour it in a ziplock so it's easier to manage. You might consider a more user friendly package. I will probably keep doing this every year. Thank you! *

My second day I had the worst headache but if you are familiar with doing a cleanse you know this is totally normal. After day two I did not experience any more headaches. I feel so much better no more bloating heavy feeling in my stomach area and I lost a total of 18 pounds. I will definitely be doing this again next month. *

When I tell you these products work!!! Wow. I’m a healthy and active person. I workout 5-7 days a week. My body is in pretty good shape except this mom pouch stomach I can’t seem to get rid off. I’ve tried multiple things including not eating carbs at all but nothing worked. Couldn’t get past 130 lbs for the life of me. I did the 10 day cleanse and I started dropping lbs in the first 2 days. I’ve gone from 130 down to 125 and even though that doesn’t seem like a lot, it’s weight I’ve never been able to get down to. My stomach is obviously flatter and you can see some abs poking out...it’s amazing. I will continue to use this every 3-6 months. Love it! *
