It was okay. The process of cleaning my intestines and colon went well. I wasn't sure about diet. Meaning, what I could and couldn't eat during the cleaning. The next time I will eat just fruits and vegetables for the 10 days. *

Overall I really think the product did offer some good results since I only had one bottle. I took 3 capsules each night. I notice that if I ate right I would experience a bowel movement the next day, particularly in the morning at least once a day. I did receive some relief of occasional gas and bloating. I also experienced a better body odor as well, which is impressive. I think that I will need to continue to use the product in order achieve greater results. The Bowel Motion system does the trick but it is more immediate (depending on what you've been eating). The Colon and Digestive Tract system works in a more gradual fashion. I find that taking it when ever feeling bloated relieves the situation. *

Th colon & digestive tract works better when taking 5 capsules instead of 3. While doing the Flora cleanse I was taking 5 capsules. Taking 3 does not work as well for me. So at times I have to take the bowel motion. *

I can feel it working! After much speculation I decided to try Dherbs but I didn't have the money for the full package. I ordered instead the tea and the Colon/Digestive Tract pills. By the third day I could feel my pants not fitting so tight, Yippee!!! With this kind of result I said To Heck Wit It! and ordered the full body cleanse. Let's see how this one works. *

I completed the 10 day cleanse as well as the colon cleanse so I was looking for something to take daily to help with constipation. The product, I feel, did not perform as well as the other products - very little "success". Hopefully I can find something that I can take for maintenance. *
