I only started with 5 days but this cleanse really reset my body. I notice i didn’t have the gassy/bloating feeling. I now know what was effecting my skin and scalp once i started to reintroduce food back in after the cleanse. I’m going to do it every month to reset my body. These products truly work! D-herbs body cleanse was great. I have never done a cleanse before. I have to admit that for the first 3 days, it was challenging. I was very hungry even though I filled up with raw veggies. But my body began to adjust to the change. I was always a vegetarian, but my diet never consisted of eating raw entirely for 10 days. I feel lighter with more energy. My skin was clearer and I slept better than I ever have before. I would do this cleanse again. I'm glad I decided to try it. I recommended the cleanse to my sister.
