D-herbs body cleanse was great. I have never done a cleanse before. I have to admit that for the first 3 days, it was challenging. I was very hungry even though I filled up with raw veggies. But my body began to adjust to the change. I was always a vegetarian, but my diet never consisted of eating raw entirely for 10 days. I feel lighter with more energy. This 10 day full body cleanse is great! It not only helps you loose weight but it is also Great for the mind, body and soul. Wonderful maintenance after doing the 20 day FBC. Less pills, but still effective. I lost about 1/2 of the weight of the 20 day version. Love the tea, which should be included with the 20 day FBC. Maybe the charcoal should be included with the tea, to mask the taste/consistency. Have lost over 30 lbs in 1 year by doing quarterly FBCs. This is a great weight-loss aids. *
