I like the Maintenance Package because it helps me to keep account of and focus on my clean diet and it assists in helping me to be mindful of hunger and actually identify hunger as opposed to being thirsty or just bored (snacking). *

I love this product , it works like the regular 20 day cleanse for me. I continue to lose a few more pounds even though I started eating small amounts of healthy cooked foods. Just wondering if I can use it everyday until I start another round of 20 day body cleanse in 5 months . I love both products , I am a nurse and since the pandemic started , I take lots of health supplements and vitamins to keep me healthy. I was reluctant to start to start the 20 day body cleanse last March because I had to stop all my vitamins to allow the body cleanse to work, but to my surprise, I feel more healthy and more energetic when I start doing the 20 day cleanse. After the 20 day body cleanse, I started the Maintenance Package and just started taking ONE vitamins 2 x a day , from 6 different vitamins and now down to 1 vitamins only still feel healthy and energetic. *

If you do not have the time or the patience for a full 20 body cleanse, then you might want to consider this maintenance cleanse as an alternative.
