Let's talk about the glow with my skin that I experienced. It was noticeable by me and others (over zoom at that). I actually felt better and received about a 8.5 lbs weight loss. I was already a vegetarian so the change in diet to raw wasn't as extreme for me. I think not having cold water was the worse part for me but other than that I didn't have any issues with food and the headache for the 1st couple of days (mine was from caffeine withdrawal) goes away.
