This cleanse is excellent. I thought the pills would not agree with me, however I was pleasantly surprised. The morning tea was very soothing to my stomach, and each pill somehow made me feel full. I did not experience and side effects, or jitters. The charcoal was also very easy on my stomach as well. I am very impressed with this cleanse. I lost 11 pounds.
