The first cleanse I have ever completed because of the straightforward program and easy to follow plan. I spent a couple days preparing for the cleanse, searching your recipe site, writing down foods to eat and when and shopping for items to have on hand. I found preparing was half the mental commitment. I had pretty bad gut issues and within a few days saw great results. The combination of the herbs/supplements and dietary changes obviously worked synergistically. I am 5'8" and weigh 130, so I did have to adjust the number of pills I took from 5 to 3 with excellent results. I did lose some weight but it was more fluid type, saw less wrinkles and felt incredibly lighter and my body changed for the better. That was in May and I'm about to start another 10 day cleanse. On July 12, 2021 I accomplished my 10 day Express Cleanse and I am feeling great. The process only works by following the regimen. I was excited to see the scale, 17lbs down as of July 12. I am feeling clean, lighter, energized, no craving of Pepsi soda but more importantly no perimenopause symptoms! My plan is to use every 6 months and I wouldn't be a good friend if I didn't refer to my buddies. Get your mind right & get into it...it works.
