This was the first time I have used this product and I along with my wife were throughly pleased. It took some adjusting to the eating regiment at first, but by day 5 we were ok. The important things is meal prep. Having this mapped out prior to starting the plan is very helpful. In 10 days I lost 14 lbs and my wife lost 9 lbs. We did the detox in August. Absolutely a great product. Would highly recommend. It was a little challenging by the fourth day to stay away from my favorite food "chicken" but I survived and was extremely pleased with the results of being 12 pounds lighter.
