I was initially reluctant to do the 10 day full body cleanse but, I convinced by husband to join me and we experienced amazing results. Not only did I lose 8 pounds during the cleanse, I felt great and may skin absolutely glowed! I had so many people comment on the healthy glow of my skin, in fact, one older lady actually patted my face as she complimented me. I felt good during the cleanse and have done it again six months later. It was good for me to have my husband join me in that we supported one another and made meal time easier. I heard about the 10 day cleanse through a family friend and I'm very septic about trying new products, because it seems every product out there claims to. Well I gave this cleanse a try and to my dis belief it really works!!!! Omg I lost 12 pounds! Yes it's a lot of pills but after the first two days you get used to it, but most importantly it works. I took the 10 day full body cleanse and boy it was good.The first day I started it you can actually feel the difference and if you try to eat something that is outside of the Dherbs menu it comes right out its good for discipline reason I always use it right before I go out of town and my results are always outstanding. *

I decided to try the 10 day cleanse. It was my first time detoxing or trying these products so I decided to try this since it is only 10 days. I gotta say its the first 2 days that are the toughest. It is all just a mental thing though because I wasn't hungry I just missed my morning cup of coffee and breakfast that I have gotten used to. I read that some people said that their stomach was hurting and they had to be in the bathroom all day. But that wasn't the case with me. I only went once at night and didn't have any cramps. They say it depends on how many toxins you have in your body how your body will react to it. I did not have any regrets at all. I did 5 days and lost 3 pounds. I will try the weight loss release next since I have baby weight to get rid of and have faith in these products now. I totally recommend this product and will recommend it to my friends and family. *

I really enjoyed the 10 day full body cleanse. It takes discipline to follow the diet that is recommended for this cleanse but it is well worth it! Once I completed the cleanse, I felt really good. OMG this was more than I expected my results were awesome I was kind of nervous with the reviews when everyone was saying the 1st three day were the hardest lol I had no problem but I felt wonderful. I was amazed of not getting hungry and I did not until day 8 lol my last 2 days were the hardest but my results were awesome I lost 8 pounds and I did not workout at all my stomach went down that was my biggest concern it was actually fun after my 1st day finishing I missed doing it. The Express Cleanse worked very well for me. I lost 10 pounds but I only did 7 days instead of the full 10 because of an unexpected family funeral that was out of state. *

After the 10 day cleanse I feel so much lighter, way more energetic and just happy about my food choices. I will not say it was easy, it wasn't. A raw diet is rough, but I will say trust the results after 10 days of raw diet and a little gym time, I am 7lbs. lighter it's not a lot but let me tell you it feels like 15-20lbs. *
