This is the second time I've ordered the 10 day Cleanse. Once in October 2014 and again in March 2015. After receiving my products last March I decided that I wasn't in the mood to start. I introduced my niece to Dherbs who suggested that I pull the box out of the closet and start the cleanse with her at the beginning of the New Year. I started Monday, January 4th and as of today Sunday, January 10th I'm down 9.4 pounds. I have followed the plan as instructed, eating raw, taking baths, etc. Thank you DHerbs. *

This was the BEST decision of my life! Everything, everything in the description of this FBC is what I've experienced. Before FBC Express, I was addicted to sweets, and caffeine. I grew up in home with a mom who's all for healthy living/eating/drinking. Therefore, I'm not new to cleansing etc.... Be that as it may I thought cleansing was doing the master cleanse. WRONG! LOL. I chose the 10 day full body cleanse because I had never done a cleanse before and wasn't sure I could commit to the big one which is 21 days!! Lol Today is day 10! I did it!! So here's my 10days..... Day 1 SUCKED!!! I had headaches and NO ENERGY. DAY 2.....same as day one....feeling kind of crappy and discouraged. Day 3...woke up feeling pretty good ...while making my CLEANSING TEA my best friend says...."you look different...like ur skin is glowing or something" Day 45678910 were GREAT!!!! I can't tell u how great I feel ON THE INSIDE!!!!!!! The herbs REALLY DO WORK!!! My goal wasn't to "loose weight" but I did. I wanted my INSIDES to feel good clean and in better working condition... I have never done a cleansing like this before. But after listening to the Steve Harvey show in the mornings I was completely sold and know this was the best thing for me. I'm starting off with the 10 day express cleanse and take it from there. I know that I will feel 100% better. And also lose weight in the process. I am truly excited and I can't wait to see how I feel afterwards. *

DHERBS family today is my tenth day and I feel great!!! I will admit that I had a bump in the road on the 5th day and ate 2 steamed shrimp with my salad but I rebounded and I am finishing on a high note back on track with all RAW veggies nuts and fruit. I am a true Steve Harvey fan, listen to his show every morning. I am on my 4th day of the 10 day cleanse express and loving it! already lost 3 lbs., stomach is so flat, i have more energy and my mind is overflowing with new ideas, projects and upcoming events i need to do - meaning my thinking is on point! For the past 3 months i have been a winter couch potato, cooking and eating heavy comfort food like crazy! now i am bak kin mood to exercise (zumba) and get this winter weight off of me for spring. I did the 20 day cleanse last February and loved it, lost 18 pounds! then in July i did the maintenance and like it as well, lost 6 more pounds and had so much energy for the summer. So I am looking forward to finishing this 10 day and hopefully losing 10 pounds. but i think i want to do the Full Body again and really get right for summer! At 46 with 3 kids (11, 17 and 23) i try to stay active and eat right but I must say, it is great to still fit in my size 10 clothes that i have had for years, also have people look at me and say wow, you look great! I tell them it's the Dherbs way! Totally believe you have to clean from the inside out! *
