I’ve done the full body cleanse once a year since 2022. It does exactly what I need it to do every year. Release all unwanted things slowing down my fitness from body. I can feel the difference after the first 7 days. My body gets on a schedule, no hunger, no cravings, and I’m much lighter. My weight loss has ranged from 23lbs -34lbs. I tend to do it in the new year so I can regulate all that good eating during holidays. Either, way I suggest it to anyone looking for a RESET, to get there fitness started or on track. This is truly a fantabulous product! I have 11-12 cases of the pill holder in my cabinet so you know it works! It's like you body is the car and the Dherbs Full Body Cleanse is the oil change for it. The full body cleanse worked really well. I released 20lbs and feel so much better. My husband also did the cleanse and it worked well for him. Set a timer for 20 days for the time to take pills and you will do well. Also eat according to the plan. *
